How we handle your information
Digital Hajeri is a workforce management platform for organisations and their teams. We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, use it responsibly, and be clear about our practices.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you register an organisation, create an account, contact support, or use the platform. This can include names, work contact details, company information, employee records, attendance entries, leave and payroll information, documents, and account credentials.
When attendance features are enabled, the platform may process information such as attendance time, device details, approximate location, QR or device-registration data, and optional selfie verification data, depending on the configuration chosen by your organisation.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, manage accounts and subscriptions, process attendance and workforce records, generate reports and payslips, respond to support requests, send important service messages, prevent misuse, and improve reliability and functionality.
3. Your organisation’s role
For employee and workforce data, your organisation generally decides what information is collected, why it is collected, and how long it is retained. Digital Hajeri processes that information on the organisation’s instructions. Employees should direct requests about their records to their employer or account administrator first.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, support, or deliver the platform, and when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users. Service providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide to us.
5. Security and retention
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we process, including access controls and account security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact your organisation for workforce records or contact us for account and service requests.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Digital Hajeri may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the service, remember preferences, and understand basic service usage. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.
8. Children’s privacy
The service is intended for organisations and working-age users. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
10. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact your organisation’s administrator or email ssgcomputerbuldhana@gmail.com.
Privacy at a glance
You stay in control of your organisation’s workforce data. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the service—not to sell it.
